It is important for the online photos to get buyers to a property and then once there, creates an emotional attachment. They can visualise themselves living in your home.

This service is with out a doubt the best value for money we offer. This consultation will guide you on what you can do uniquely to add value to your home. Our experienced property consultant will personally walk through your home and identify what specifically needs to be done to boost the price of your property and obtain a fast sale. Its is not only important to gain knowledge of what needs to be done but also to know what to leave alone so you are not over capitalising. You will receive a pre-sale property report noting everything discussed to get you 10-20% more on you sale.

Once you have decided that the work suggested should be done you are free to complete this yourself or Tweaq can manage this for you insuring a hassle free process and fast delivery. We have preferred handymen, painters and more to get your reno sorted in 2-4 weeks ready for us to style and photograph. Just move out and let us take care of it.

Just as we improve the sale price of our clients home in a short time we can also improve the rental price of your AIR B&B. On average we get our clients and extra $50 to $200 per night with our furniture selection and styling techniques. We have great packages for any property style and can organise everything from furniture and appliances to linen and crockery. These are all done online and can be completed in as little as 2 weeks. If your budget is tight we offer post hire furniture which is our ex-display stock, only been used for styling hire. It is a great way to furnish on a budget.

Building a home can be stressful and the long list of items you need to select doesn’t help. Download our FREE helpful list HERE (link to ITEM LIST FOR YOU BUILD) but if you need us to take care of it for you we have our Bespoke Design Service or for those on a budget check out D.sign Blok. Our helpful online design questionnaire will tell you what your style is and the direction you should be going. From there you can choose from over 250 design combination our designers have put together and have it all completed for you within a 30 page document ready for your builder.
